Johnson County Recreation District (JCRD)
January 11, 2021

The meeting of the Johnson County Recreation Board (JCRD) was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Jack Tarter at the Johnson County School District #1 in Buffalo, WY 82834

It was moved by Mike Moon and seconded by George to approve the agenda. It was moved by Lisa and seconded by George to approve the minutes of the November 9, 2021 minutes.

There were no community members present

The Board reviewed the financials. It was moved by George and seconded by Mike Miller to accept the monthly financials as presented.

Meeting dates for 2022 were set as follows:

February 8, 2022 March 2022 – no meeting
April 12, 2022 May 10, 2022 – Kaycee
May 11, 2022 May 12, 2022
June 14, 2022 July 2022 – no meeting
August 9, 2022 Kaycee September 13, 2022
October 11, 2022 November 8, 2022
December 2022 – no meeting January 10, 2023

The grant deadline was set at April 25th at midnight.

Election of officers was held. George made a motion to unanimously elect the following officers:

Jack Tarter President
Mike Miller Vice-President
Lisa Griffith Secretary
Mike Moon Treasurer

Jack reported that the audit for Johnson County Recreation district was approved by the Department of Audit. Tom Sarvey, Business Manager, for JCSD #1 presented the audit on behalf of the School and Recreation District.

Mike Knebel reviewed the grant application with the Board for the upcoming grant period. Mike will make the changes for the Board to review to include separating the instructions from the actual application.

It was moved by George and seconded by Dustin to approve the following claims:

Visionary $20.59

There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
